About The Class

The Baroque oboe class is designed primarily for students of academies of music and conservatories, and for professional musicians willing to upgrade their knowledge and acquire aptitude with various historical oboes. It is possible to borrow a limited number of instruments for the period of the course. Those interested are requested to contact us as soon as possible.
Participants with modern oboes are also very welcome. There are a number of issues connected with historical performance practice which will be interesting for all musicians, no matter what sort of instrument they play. Students can bring baroque oboe, classical oboe or modern oboe.
