Renaissance and Baroque Lute
He graduated at Trinity College of Music in London and studied with A. Rooley, A. Kramer, M. Jesset and A. Gilbert (composition). He has given recitals and lectures of lute music throughout the U.K., Europe, U.S.A (Music Centre of Cornell University) and states of the Far-East. His compositions and arrangements for the lute have been published by the English Lute Society and the Societé Française de Luth and performed by many prominent interpreters. He participated in many recordings for radio broadcast and TV, and with J. Griffet he recorded a CD of original songs to plays of W. Shakespeare. His particular teaching interests are: solo renaissance and baroque lute, lute songs and playing Dowland, Bach, Weiss on the modern classical guitar. He is also interested in the playing of early 19th century guitar music on original instruments.
