Anna Mikolajková is a recorder player, tutor and composer.
She studied at Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava. She completed her master degree witk Carin van Heerden at Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität in Linz.

Then she spent four years in Hamburg at Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, where she studied composition and music theory with Fredrik Schwenk. She also cooperated with the Early music Department (Peter Holtslag, Gerhart Darmstadt, Menno van Delft). She completed her composition studies introducing her own opera „Die Kleine Meerjungfrau“.

She has participated on several competitions and now performs with I Flautisti – The London Recorder Quartet.

Anna Mikolajková teaches recorde at P. J. Vejvanovský Conservatory in Kroměříž  and at Conservatory in Brno. She gives lessons at Music school in Tišnov as well.
